一瓶簡單的Chablis
初時展現出濃濃的牛油及雲尼拿
之後漸漸滲出青檸，西柚和少量礦物香氣

可是入口時只有檸檬皮
餘韻短且帶苦澀
有點失望
大概鄉村級別的酒不能有太大的期望

A simple Chablis with buttery and vanilla nose when opened, followed by citrus fruit and mineral.

But only lemon peel can be tasted in my mouth, short aftertaste and a bit bitterness was detected.
A bit disappointed, maybe expectation should not be too much for village wine.
