Los Vascos Cabernet Sauvignon

上星期參加好友的婚宴，當晚喝的是由拉斐堡在智利投資的酒莊「華詩歌」(忘記了年份!)。這類場合一般的葡萄酒都不用有甚麼期望，是次亦不例外，黑加侖子、點點黑莓果醬，配上雲尼拿、椰油及肉桂組合而成的橡木味，入口甜甜的，勝在簡單易明。

我想說的不是評價這葡萄酒的質素，而是說說喝酒到底是「追求甚麼」。大家不妨想想，我下次再說自己的愚見。

Last week, I attended my friends’ wedding banquet, and the wine served was “Los Vascos” which was invested by Chateau Lafite in Chile. I have no expectation for wine in this kind of events, and this case was not an exception. Combination of blackcurrant, blackberry jam, vanilla, coconut and cinnamon, rather sweet on palate, but very simple and esay.

What I want to say is not the quality of the wine, I wish to talk about the expectations when we drink. Perhaps you can think about this question first, and I will talk my view next time.
