A very good white. Citrus, pineapple, green apple and honey nose, some grassy appear later. The winemaker has successfully shown the characteristics of the grape (Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon). Highly acidic on palate, with some spice, exciting, an absolute companion to dinner.
