已忘了何時買的酒，而且不當地存放了多年，心想她大概也不行的了
中等紫紅色，紅果香氣(紅莓及櫻桃)尚算明顯
入口酸度頗高，單寧不強但卻粗糙，不大吸引

此等新世界大量生產的葡萄酒果然是該「即買即喝」啊！

Could not recall when this wine was bought, but I thought she would not be a good one as she was stored improperly for years.
Medium purple colour, red fruit nose (raspberry and cherry) were noted.
Acidity quite high in mouth, tannin was not strong but rough, not attractive.

This kind of mass production from new world should always be drunk when they are bought!

非常吸引的荔枝、蜂蜜及花香
可惜入口酸度不足，稍為偏甜
不大平衡，可能冰得太冷而仍是較緊閉

Ch Harquirs, Fronsac, 1998 (Magnum)
1.5升的大酒瓶
黑果(黑加侖士)及紅果(紅莓)香氣，後轉成茶葉，以及不太明顯的橡木味
入口單寧比較粗糙，果味及酸度一般

Perrin & Fils, Vinsobres les Cornuds, Cotes du Rhone, 2003
最近被「品醇客」選為「全球五十大超值紅酒」
十分明顯的黑果(西梅、黑莓)和紅果(紅莓、櫻桃)香氣，配上「隆河」(River Rhone)典型的煙燻及辛辣味，加上十分輕的植物氣息(vegetal)，挺多元化
入口果味與香氣相若，可惜單寧仍粗糙，橡木味及酒精比較明顯
不算出眾的酒

Very attractive nose of lychee, honey and floral
But she is not acidic enough, a bit too sweet
Not balanced wine, maybe she was still close in the low temperature

Ch Harquirs, Fronsac, 1998 (Magnum)
A 1.5L big bottle.
Black (blackcurrant) and red (raspberry) fruit nose, turned to tea later, with a hint of oak
The rough tannin made me uncomfortable in mouth, and the fruitiness and acidity is just “so-so”

Perrin & Fils, Vinsobres les Cornuds, Cotes du Rhone, 2003
She was selected as “The World's 50 Best Value Reds” recently by Decanter Magazine
Adequate black (prune and blackberry) and red (raspberry and cherry) fruit, with typical smoky and spicy nose of River Rhone. Insignificant vegetal note was also detected. Quite rich in the nose.
On palate, the fruitiness is about the same as nose, but tannin is still rough, and quite oaky and alcoholic
Not really that outstanding as I expected

Huia Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2004, New Zealand

酒呈淡淡的檸檬黃中卻又帶點點的綠，非常年輕的酒。

撲鼻而來的是青蘋果，青檸，檸檬，酒精味頗為明顯，同時亦有著點點不應出現的橡木味，奇怪。之後再出現蘋果，少許熱情果及草青味，風格實在離奇。

入口果味與香氣相若，中度酒身，酸度十分高，可惜餘韻較短，整體質素只屬一般。

註：前陣子忙得不可開交，現在望著一大堆筆記，有點千頭萬緒，不知從何整理起的感覺……

Appearance of the wine was pale lemon wine with green tinge, showing the youth of her.

Green apple, lime and lemon were noted in nose, quite alcoholic with little hint of oak, strange. Smell of apple, with little passion fruit and a bit grassy were detected at a later stage. Very strange style wine.

Almost same fruit characters were reflected on palate, with medium body and very high acidity. But the aftertaste was rather short, making the wine just acceptable in overall.

P.S. Too busy recently, and lack of time to organize the tasting notes. Don’t know how to deal with them now…
