Turkey Flat, Barossa Valley, Rose 2004

我對玫瑰葡萄酒的認識十分有限，但我相信這應是一瓶典型的玫瑰酒。

對她的第一個感覺是「君子」，真的很淡！由格那希(Grenache)、赤霞珠(Cabernet Sauvignon)、切拉子(Shiraz )及多切托(Dolcetto)混合而成，顏色比一般的玫瑰酒為深。香味較淡，當心有櫻桃、黑莓及黑加侖子。她的表現令我想起廉價的波爾多餐酒。

入口幾乎完全感覺不到有單寧，果味十分充沛，易飲易明。我想秋季時，將她帶往燒烤將會是不錯的選擇。


Actually I am not very familiar with Rose wine, but I guess this is a typical one.

Blended with Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Dolcetto, her colour is much deeper than other rose. Nose is very light, just some simple cherry, blackberry and blackcurrant. She reminded me some inexpensive Bordeaux!

Almost no tannin was detected on palate. With plenty of fruitiness, she is just a simple wine for daily consumption. I think, she will be the best mate for barbecue in Autumn.

Although the book was published in 2001, lots of reference material in it are still very useful and valuable, I absolutely recommend you to buy one!!

我真的十分喜歡汽泡酒，每個夏季都要喝個痛快！

這瓶典型的澳洲汽泡酒，汽泡竟出奇地幼細，在鼻子出現了陣陣柑橘、桃子及少許蜂蜜的香味，之後更有點點的果仁氣息。入口則青檸和檸檬皮為主。雖然餘韻苦味有點過多，但酸度不太高，非常清新，女孩子該會愛上的。

一個晚上我已把好喝光了！

I am definitely a passionate sparking wine lover, and enjoy them all the summer!

This is a typical Australian fizzy, and the bubbles are surprisingly fine. Citrus, peach and little honey appeared in my nose, with some nutty flavour at the end. When on palate, lime and lemon peel were the leaders. Although the bitterness in aftertaste was a bit too much, the low acidity and refreshing character of her would definitely be welcomed by ladies.

I finished a bottle in a night by myself!
