Hardys Nottage Hill Chardonnay Brut 2000, SE Australia

某次逛超市時見到的特價品，考慮到新世界比較少製作年份汽酒，加上多數見到的是二○○四年的產物，這二千年的產品大概是倉底貨，兼且當時減價到只是九十多元，所以便買來試試。

撲鼻而來的柑橘、酵母及麵包香氣，之後再徐徐浮現桃子及蜂蜜，頗為吸引。

入口滿是青檸和檸檬皮，加上點點的烤土司香，可惜的是酸度只是一般而且餘韻的苦味有點過多，令她大打折扣，否則絕對是一瓶佳品。不過若再減價，我相信還是會買來喝喝。

A sale item in supermarket, in view of her age (2000) and price ($90 something), I took her home to have a try.

Citrus, yeast and bread were detected on nose, and peach and honey appeared later, quite attractive.

On palate, she is full of lime and lemon peels, with a hint of toast. Unfortunately, her acidity is just at medium level and the bitterness was quite strong in aftertaste, marks were deducted on these reasons.

I think I will buy again only if she is on sale again.

意外地在澳門置地廣場酒店地面的一間葡萄酒商中見到這瓶被喻為二十世紀中最偉大的紅酒之一
雖然不是有機會一嘗
可是看看也好像能給心靈上的一點慰藉
呵呵呵!!!

另外此店藏酒極豐
絕對值得一往!!!

Saw this one of the best wine in 20th Cebtury in the Cellar in the Landmark, Macau
Although there is no chance to taste her, still felt satisfied to see her as if I am a little fans of her

The collection in the Cellar is very great, absolutely worth visiting!!!
