Sparkling night @ Red Tavern

早陣子第一次跟網友聚餐見面,可是最後竟是醉倒碼頭,給老婆大人取笑了個多星期,真失敗……
當晚的食物十分出色,後來才知大廚Willy之前是在Mandarin Pierrot 及 M kitchen工作,怪不得食物極有水準。至於當晚的葡萄酒,實在太多網友已寫過,不想再贅述了。如有興趣,可在Yahoo!blog 中以Red Tavern進行搜尋,大概結果中十居其九都是當晚的記錄了。

After attending my first wine dinner with fellow blog-mates, which successfully made me a drunken guy at the pier near my home, and turned to be my wife’s favourite joke recently…
The food was excellent, and I just learn from another friend that the chef Willy worked in Mandarin Pierrot and M kitchen before, that was the reason for the outstanding dishes.
